About Walker Key

Walker Key Condominiums Phase I consists of twenty-five (25) units in five different building (Bldgs A - E) that are three bedroom, three bath units.  Each unit has three parking spaces and a storage room on the first floor.  The second floor contains the kitchen, dining, full bath and main living area.  The third floor is made up of three bedrooms and two full baths.  Each unit has a boat slip assigned to the unit.  Several of the earlier units were assigned two slips per the original owners request.

Phase I also includes the eighteen (18) private homes built on the three streets to your right as you enter the complex.  These are actually private dwellings yet are subject to the By-Laws, Rules and Regulations of the Association and participate in common and limited common elements.

Phase II includes both Building F and G.  Building F consists of twenty (20) single level or flats type units.  These units are either two bedroom, two bath units or three bedroom, two bath units that occupy a single level on floors two and three.  There are forty private parking spaces on the ground floor along with each units storage area.  Each unit also has an assigned boat slip.

Building G consists of twelve (12) units.  These are all two bedroom, two bath flats type units that occupy a single level each.  Each unit has a terrace that overlooks the upper pool of the complex.  There are twenty-four private parking spaces and storage units located on the ground floor.  As with all units and homes in the complex, each unit has an assigned boat slip.

There are a total of 75 homes and condominium units contained within our complex.
